Internet Hacks Photography Challenge

My 2020 resolution is to make one video every month. I have about 4 videos planned out so far, so stay tuned for more monthly! For January, I reached out to my friend Megan Kamauoha. I met Megan through her project Albuquerque Street Meet, a local gathering of photographers, models, videographers, cosplayers and makeup artists. Megan is one of the warmest and silliest people you will ever meet, and after only knowing her for a few hours you feel as if you've been friends forever.

For this project, I looked through Pinterest to find some ideas marked as "photography hacks" to theoretically improve someone's photography. I took a few of those and brought what props I could to the shoot.

I will admit I was considerably less prepared for this on account of me not anticipating finding a model and videographer as quickly as I did (lol), but it worked out in the end because I got my female dream team! My friends Gabby filmed for us and Millie modeled for us.

It was so fun watching Megan use props in a way I would have never thought to do myself!
